Having started in practice in JPN road Warangal after returning from Iran in 1988 he felt that Orthopaedic speciality requires a unique hospital and better care resulting in establishing this hospital.
Since then he introduced several new techniques in orthopaedics starting from AO fixation techniques, Spine surgery, Ilizarov surgeries, External fixators, Arthroplasty , Arthroscopy, Paediatric and corrective surgeries. More than 25000 surgeries major to minor had been done and managed very well.
